Information Collection, Use and Sharing

ARTcetera is the sole owner of information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via our website, email or other direct contact from you.  ARTcetera collects personally identifiable information, which may include your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.  Personal information does not include information that is encoded, aggregated, anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public personal information.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not sell, trade, transfer to a data broker, or share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you program updates, new products, specials, events, or other changes.

E-mail Subscriptions

ARTcetera may also compile email lists to which you voluntarily submit your name, mailing address, and/or email address. The purpose of such lists would be to send you periodic updates on our ARTcetera event and any upcoming activities we feel might be of interest, provided you will have the ability to opt out of further communications in accordance with procedures described in each such update.

ARTcetera social media sites, and other internal data sources may contain identifiable information specifically pertaining to you.  If you wish to request deletion of such information, please contact us at info@andyschallenge.org and we will delete your identifiable information to the extent that we have control over such deletions. We may not be able to delete your information after it is no longer identifiable after it has become part of deidentified or summarized information.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect personal information and other information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable.

When you submit sensitive information via the ARTcetera website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or by looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or donation processing) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
